processed, we get the items packed for
shipping. This is done with special
care, so that the item reaches the
customer in perfect condition. Our
Couriers/Postal Service delivers these
items at the address submitted by
customers while filling up the online
order form. Therefore you are
requested to submit your shipping
address correctly. |

No shipping charges will be charged in
case the goods are being sent within
India.Outside
India: For all orders outside India
shipping and Import Duty as applicable
will be charged.

Delhi and NCR will be sent through
Regd. Book Post/ Courier.
Within
India: All the books within India will
be sent through Regd. Book Post.
Outside
India: All the books Outside India
will be sent through our official
courier service provider.
Please note that all books which have
selling restriction on them will not

It generally takes 5 to 6 working days
to process and deliver the order
depending upon the availability of
books.

A customer will be intimated about the
progress of their orders through
e-mail.

Return of Books: Books once dispatched
can not be returned back until you
gets wrong book or damaged books.
The
complaint for replacement against the
wrong or damaged books can be sent
within 15 days of order delivery,
after this period the same will not be
applicable. |
